Applicants Certification

1. The replies to the foregoing questions are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true and correct;
2. If successful in my application I will complete at least 12 months overseas employment and return to Australia on completion of the period or periods of overseas employment approved by the Queensland Overseas Foundation;
3. I will undertake the program approved by the Queensland Overseas Foundation within 12 months of being offered the scholarship, and will make no change in employment without the consent of the Foundation;
4. I will submit (at a minimum) quarterly reports as required by the Foundation;
5. I will make contacts and association with individuals and corporations associated with my trade or vocational study in the various countries in which I am employed;
6. I will maintain a high level of interest, achievement and behaviour;
7. If dependants accompany me overseas, I will be responsible for their passages to and return from the overseas countries in which I am employed;
8. I am prepared to undertake a contract with the Queensland Overseas Foundation should I be successful in being awarded the scholarship.
